$2,000.00 for CNA Includes : uniforms, book, study materials, Live Scan, CPR/BLS card . State Exam fee of $120.00. is NOT included. No Financial aid. Additional 500 dollars for the HHA Training if you like to take it on the 4th week of the CNA program, No State exam for HHA License

- $250.00 – non refundable registration fee. This is a part of the tuition, can be send with Zelle- Hellen Bush phone number (562) 241- 4001 or on line at website www.hellenschoolforcna.net in order to save your spot. Text to Hellen at 714 507 8270 after you pay with Zelle. Be sure to put your phone number on the Add Memo for Zelle or Other details for on line payments.
- $750.00 – in-person or Zelle, a day before school start.
- $1000.00 – before the CNA program ends in 4 weeks.

- Any valid ID from USA or any other Countries
- SS card or Tax ID number (ITIN)
- Age 16 +
- No High School Diploma or GED is Required
- Negative TB skin test less than a year old or Chest X-Ray if TB is positive and Physical Exam. Bring all of them a day or 2 days before the school will start when the admission papers will be done at the school site 2047 Orange Ave Long Beach CA. 90806 between 10 am and 4 pm .
